The Arlington Chamber of Commerce's 100th Annual Meeting will celebrate the Chamber's accomplishments in 2024, while looking ahead to what's to come in 2025. Arlington resident Jason Wright of the Washington Commanders will be the keynote speaker at the 100th Annual Meeting on December 6, 2024.

Prior to joining the Washington Commanders, Jason was a partner in McKinsey & Company's Washington DC office. His work focused on expanding the value of large, complex organizations through operations and culture transformations. His business acumen has been sought out by leading organizations, such as The Greater Washington Partnership, where Jason helps lead its Inclusive Growth Strategy Council as co-chair.

In addition to leading a historic transformation of a sports franchise, he was the first Black team president in the history of the NFL and the fourth former NFL player to become president of a team. 

The event will also include the presentation of the prestigious Chair's Award, President's Award, and Committee of the Year Award. Additionally, the Arlington delegation to the Virginia General Assembly will be presenting the Chamber with a resolution honoring our centennial.

The Chair's Award recognizes a member organization and its representative(s) who have made an outstanding contribution of resources to the Chamber and the business community in Arlington.

2024 President's Award

The President's Award recognizes an individual who has made an outstanding contribution of volunteer assistance to the Chamber.  

Winner: Scott E. Pedowitz, Apartment and Office Building Association

2024 Committee of the Year

The Committee of the Year Award recognizes a committee that has done an exceptional job of executing the mission of the Chamber membership and Arlington business community.
