The House Ethics Committee has been investigating former Representative
Matt Gaetz’s alleged wrongdoing ranging from illicit drug use to sexual
misconduct. With his nomination to be our next Attorney General, the
Senate – and the American public – deserve to know the truth about Gaetz!

release their report on Gaetz! >>

The House Ethics Committee is scheduled to meet TOMORROW, meaning we have
a very short window of time to apply pressure to urge them to release
their report on Gaetz.

Senators need to have all the information about Gaetz’s misconduct before
they consider his nomination to serve as our nation’s top lawyer. Senate
Republicans, including Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) and Sen. Markwayne
Mullin (R-Oklahoma), have joined the call to have the report made
available in advance of the nomination hearings.^[1]

Speaker Mike Johnson is attempting to pressure members of the Committee to
prevent the release of the report. This is unacceptable. The American
public and senators evaluating the merits of Gaetz’s nomination must have
access to the complete record.
