 America First Legal Releases New Evidence, Files Formal Complaint With the DOJ to Investigate UK-Based “Center for Countering Digital Hate” for Engaging in a Foreign Influence Campaign to Stop Free Speech in the United States

America First Legal released new evidence that the U.K.-based pro-censorship organization Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) and its leadership, including CEO Imran Ahmed, appear to have engaged in coordinated efforts to censor American citizens’ speech and are part of a foreign influence operation to interfere with U.S. elections. 


Based on this new evidence, AFL has also now formally requested that the Department of Justice (DOJ) investigate whether CCDH’s U.S. operation and leadership are “agents of a foreign principal” that must comply with the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA)...

Arizona High Court Rules Secretary of State Must Turn Over List of Noncitizens on Voter Roll

Maricopa County must provide a conservative watchdog group with a list of noncitizens currently registered to vote, the Arizona Superior Court ruled on Thursday.


America First Legal (AFL) filed the suit in August.


"As the Court admonished the parties prior to and during the hearing, the issue for the Court to decide is whether the records that Plaintiff requested must be released pursuant to Arizona’s public records law," the high court's order reads. "Despite the political undertones, this is simply a public records case."

Bar Complaint Filed Against ’65 Project’ for Lawfare, Intimidating Potential Trump Lawyers

The America First Legal foundation filed a Bar complaint in Utah on Monday against Michael Teter, director of The 65 Project, a left-wing “lawfare” group that has been threatening potential lawyers for Donald Trump with sanctions.


As Breitbart News has reported, the 65 Project is a “dark money” organization that bullied Trump’s lawyers in 2020 and which is “now warning potential Trump attorneys that they could be disbarred for working for him.” The 65 Project is running ads on social media telling attorneys they could lose their “law license[s]” by working for Trump.

Court Orders Arizona to Release List of Voters Whose Citizenship Hasn’t Been Verified

Arizona’s secretary of state office must release a list of tens of thousands of voters who were mistakenly classified as having access to the full ballot because of a coding glitch, a Maricopa County Superior Court judge ruled Thursday.


Secretary of State Adrian Fontes’ office initially denied a public records requests for the list that was filed by America First Legal, a group run by Stephen Miller, a onetime adviser to former President Donald Trump. Fontes’ office cited concerns over the accuracy of the list and the safety of the voters included.
