Called the SCOTUS ruling upholding Obamacare "indefensible" and "catastrophic"
Praised Kavanaugh for writing "roadmap" to overturn the ACA

Mitch has said his number one goal is stacking the courts with right-wing justices who will enable Trump and the GOP's agenda -- if he wins another term as Majority Leader, our courts will be completely partisan and the rule of law will be damaged beyond repair.
