Beginning January 1, 2025, the following new local taxes are administered by the Department of Revenue:  

• Chippewa County Transit Sales and Use Tax 0.5%
• Watonwan County Transit Sales and Use Tax 0.5%

Beginning January 1, 2025, the following special local tax is now administered by the Department of Revenue:  

• Grand Rapids Lodging Tax 3%

The following local sales and use taxes will be ending on December 31, 2024:

• Lanesboro Sales and Use Tax 0.5%
