And there's more. National publications continue to notice what we've known here on the ground in Texas for quite some time -- that our organizing work has turned Texas into the most important battleground state. Here's the LA Times:

But you know as well as we do that getting to this point has not been easy. It took a candidate like Julie -- unafraid of upsetting the status quo, and running on the courage of her convictions, willing to sacrifice it all and get out and barnstorm all over this massively gerrymandered district.

And you know as well as we do that this is the result of hard work -- down-in-the-trenches, precinct-by-precinct, house by house work in the field -- and now, it's thanks to you, and the thousands of people who knocked doors, made calls, and who got after it with us during our historic run in 2018, we're closer than ever before to doing what nobody ever thought was possible.
