Friend,

Over 5,000 Coronavirus deaths in New York are attributed to those in nursing
homes.

And we have Andrew Cuomo to thank for that.

In March he issued an order demanding that nursing homes accept patients who
tested positive for COVID-19 - DIRECTLY endangering our most vulnerable
population.

It’s appalling and I am doing everything to hold him accountable for this
tragic mistake. And it’s not just Governor Cuomo; it’s the deafening silence
from our very own Anthony Brindisi, who hasn’t spoken out against Cuomo’s
actions.

Upstate New Yorkers are being hurt by Cuomo’s actions and where is Anthony
Brindisi? NOTHING but silence from our own congressman while his own
constituents die.

While Governor Cuomo has become quite the media darling throughout this
crisis, very few are covering the consequences of his actions.

His total mismanagement of nursing homes in New York is nothing short of a
tragedy. And the truth is:it was all about money.

He wanted these seniors released from hospitals and shuffled into nursing
homes to decrease the Medicaid reimbursement requirements!SIGN NOW TO HOLD
CUOMO AND BRINDISI ACCOUNTABLE >>

These vulnerable seniors should have stayed in hospitals where they were
better equipped to handle these patients. Upstate New York had plenty of beds
to take care of them after canceling elective procedures!

His irresponsible orders have been lethal to vulnerable seniors and the
silence from the left is deafening.
 * The media won’t hold him accountable.
 * Anthony Brindisi won’t hold him accountable.
 * The Democrats are completely silent.
It is up to us to hold the Governor and Brindisi accountable.

I hope you’ll join me by signing my petition today:
