PS: There's another quick action you can take to help mother cows today. The US Dietary Guidelines Committee is about to review what food groups to recommend as part of a healthy diet and they are accepting comments until June 1st. Leave a comment telling them that dairy has no place on our plates as a food group for humans. If we get enough comments, we could finally remove dairy from US dietary guidelines that influence hospitals, public schools, and more.
