Hey y’all, it’s Summer!
This is it. We’re officially 2 weeks away from Election Day! I can hardly
believe it, but here we are—right on the doorstep of making history again.
But, I won’t sugarcoat it: my team just told me we’re falling short of our
final fundraising goal—RIGHT when we need it most.

What we do in these next two weeks could determine if we have leaders who
will fight our communities—or if we let the opposition continue to
undermine democracy and strip our rights away.
Look, Republicans have been itching to see us stumble and they’re counting
on us to run out of steam right when the finish line is in sight. Well,
we’re not going to let that happen. Not on my watch, and certainly not on
yours either!
Up and down the ballot, Democrats across our battleground state are locked
in tight races. We’re talking neck and neck. This is the time for all
hands on deck—because the last thing any of us want is to wake up the
morning after the election wishing we had done more. We’ve got to go all
in, right now.
I know asking for money isn’t fun (trust me, I don’t love it either). But
this is how grassroots campaigns like ours win. We do it with the support
of the people we serve—the folks who actually believe in building a better
future for all of us, not just the powerful few.
