The successful candidates will serve a four-year term of office.

*The American Humanist Association Board of Directors serves as the Nomination Committee. The Nomination Committee shall provide no less than one more nominee than there are positions to be filled, taking care to provide a slate of candidates that is reasonably representative of the membership. The Nomination Committee shall publish its nominations to the members of CFE online where votes will be tallied electronically. There are three seats up for election this year.
The Center for Freethought Equality[[link removed]] (CFE) is the advocacy and political arm of the American Humanist Association[[link removed]]. Affiliated with CFE is the Freethought Equality Fund PAC[[link removed]], whose mission is to achieve equality for the nontheist community by increasing the number of open humanists and atheists, and allies, in public office at all levels of government. Donations to the Center for Freethought Equality[[link removed]] are voluntary and are not tax deductible.
