Purpose: TxDOT and the Amarillo Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) are proposing to replace the bridges located at the intersections of East Amarillo Creek at Irwin Road and at Yucca Avenue in Potter County, Texas. This notice advises the public that TxDOT will conduct a virtual public meeting on the proposed project with an in-person option.
