John – I hate to ask for money, but I need to ask you for a big donation anyway.

I’ll explain why, but first, can you please rush a $200 donation to my Senate campaign in New Hampshire?

$200 is a lot to ask for. I know that, and I don’t make the ask lightly. But we have our end-of-quarter deadline coming up tonight, and $200 from you is what we need to fill the budget gap. This is especially important since we need to defend our slim Senate majority this November.

But if you CAN’T give $200 – and I completely understand if that’s the case – could you please give $3 or $10? That’s what grassroots folks have been giving to emails like this one, and I’d be grateful if you could join them.

There is so much on the line. Republican extremists are ripping away fundamental rights left and right: Roe was gutted, and they have their eyes on restricting LGBTQ+ rights too.

So I’ll ask you again, John: Will you please make an urgently needed donation to my campaign right now, before our end-of-quarter deadline at midnight? Anything you can give makes a huge difference, and you have my unwavering gratitude for every dollar.
