It’s 8 weeks before the election and less than 4 weeks before ballots are mailed out, so of course EVERY weekend is a special weekend. But this one is near and dear to our hearts because we are prioritizing local school bond and override campaigns. These hyper local campaigns often don’t have the funds and support they need, but getting “YES” votes for all of these school funding measures is critical for our students — especially when the state legislature refuses to fund schools adequately.
SO – what can you do? Join a canvass as a door knocker or a driver! The more people who show up, the lighter the load on everyone else and the more voters we can connect with. We’ll also be knocking for our endorsed school board and legislative candidates in these districts and more! Find a canvass near you:
