My father is fighting to delay his sham sentencing hearing at the New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan – which is currently set for September 18, right after his debate with Kamala Harris.

The judge presiding over the case has a clear conflict of interest. Not only is he a Biden donor, but his daughter’s firm is reportedly linked to Kamala.

The Democrats are committing Election Interference in broad daylight!

Thankfully, House GOP Chair, Elise Stefanik, also comes from New York – and has been instrumental in the fight for my father’s freedom and justice.

Elise has taken action to END the New York witch hunt by filing an official judicial complaint with the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct against Judge Merchan to REMOVE him from the case against my father.

Now, I’m asking YOU to take action as well and co-sign the complaint.

Per Elise’s complaint:

Judge Merchan’s daughter – a “first degree of relationship” to him – is a Democrat operative who works at a firm linked to KAMALA HARRIS.

Her clients have used the case against my father for political fundraising – and since the indictment, they’ve raked in nearly $100 MILLION!

To put it simply, she’s received a DIRECT FINANCIAL BENEFIT from New York’s politically motivated indictment and trial against my father.

We cannot let the Democrats get away with such a blatant act of Election Interference at the final hour.
