This might surprise you given all the emails, but my least favorite part about campaigning for Congress is fundraising.

But the Citizens United decision has made elections more expensive, and tried to undercut you, me, and any voice without a 12-figure bank account.

I am working to stop the influence of big money in politics – I have the support of groups like End Citizens United – but the reality is that we don’t raise the resources to take back the House, campaign finance reform won’t see the light of day in a Republican Congress.
