Unless we act now, President Trump – an innocent man – will be unjustly sentenced as a criminal by a corrupt Democrat judge whose daughter has already received a DIRECT FINANCIAL BENEFIT from his indictment and wrongful conviction.

If the Democrats get away with using such a blatant act of Election Interference to swing the 2024 election in their favor, then our free Republic is as good as dead.

September will mark an inflection point for the 2024 election.

But I’m not referring to the debate between President Trump and Kamala Harris…

…Rather, I am speaking of September 18, 2024, when President Donald J. Trump is being asked to report to the New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan for his sham sentencing hearing.

The judge presiding over the case has a clear conflict of interest. Not only is he a Biden donor, but his daughter’s firm is reportedly linked to Kamala.

Just let that sink in… The Republican Nominee for President will have to report for a SENTENCING HEARING right before his election against the ruling party’s Vice President.

If this isn’t Election Interference, then NOTHING is.

That’s why I’ve taken action to END the New York witch hunt by filing an official judicial complaint with the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct against Judge Merchan to REMOVE him from the case against President Trump.

Now, I need YOU to take action as well and co-sign the complaint.

No one can deny that President Trump won the June Presidential Debate. Even the media knows it!

In fact, he was so victorious that the Democrats were forced to withdraw their presumptive nominee.

But this time, they can’t withdraw their nominee again.

Instead, they have a new insurance policy for when President Trump wins the debate – and that’s the September 18 sentencing hearing overseen by a compromised left-wing judge.

New York law makes it clear that a judge is DISQUALIFIED from a case when he has ties to someone who “has an interest that could be substantially affected by the proceeding".

In this case, Judge Merchan’s daughter – who has a “first degree of relationship” to him – is a Democrat operative who works at a firm linked to KAMALA HARRIS.

Her clients have used the case against President Trump for political fundraising – and since the indictment, they’ve raked in nearly $100 MILLION!

To put it simply, she’s received a DIRECT FINANCIAL BENEFIT from New York’s politically motivated indictment and trial against President Trump.

We cannot let the Democrats get away with such a blatant act of Election Interference at the final hour.
