“Special counsel Jack Smith is arguing to revive his office’s classified documents case against Donald Trump with a vigorous defense of its authority in the first formal filing since Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the criminal case last month.”

That’s right – Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Jack Smith, and the rest of their accomplices at the Department of Justice are attempting to reopen a case against their political opponent – one that they know is baseless and was already dismissed by a federal judge – just days before early voting begins!

The ultimate goal of reopening this unjust prosecution is to JAIL President Trump for LIFE as an innocent man…

But the short-term goal is for the Democrats to use it as a vehicle to baselessly drag his name through the mud in the final weeks before the most important election of our lifetimes.
