I'm saluting in front of the graves of our fallen servicemembers. President Trump is by my side. As a Navy CAPT, this moment is emotional.

My name is CAPT Hung Cao. I have been face-to-face with our enemies, I have defused bombs, I have saved lives, and I am proud to have served this country.

But I should NOT be standing in front of our servicemembers’ graves who were killed in the aftermath of Kabul right now at the National Cemetery. I hesitated to send this, but this is the cost of weak, failed leadership.
