The word “crisis” has never been more appropriate. It’s an old word that means “the turning point in a disease,” when the patient could make a turn for the better or worse. And that’s exactly where we are because of decades of corporate domination of our politics and a global pandemic that pushed our economy off a cliff.

As we face the COVID19 pandemic and economic crisis, we have a choice to make: Will we cling to the false hope of a "return to normal," or will we seize the moment and fight like hell for what we need?
The video we’re launching today explores today's crisis in light of the 2008 financial meltdown so we can be ready for the fight ahead. And make no mistake, it will be a fight: the recent protests against COVID19 social distancing measures were organized by the same wealthy special interests that launched the Tea Party.
Our opponents are mobilizing, and we plan to rise to the challenge.
