John: Last week I alerted you to the abuse of Coronavirus aid by Gov. Gavin Newsom to target and punish independent contractors and small businesses who are "in violation of AB5." AB5 is a terrible law that all but bans the use of independent contractors and empowers government bureaucrats to investigate and impose stiff penalties on small businesses.
