Dear Friend,

When my friend Denny Heck told me he had decided not to run for reelection in Congress, I was genuinely crestfallen. Denny is exactly the kind of public servant everyone would want as their representative, and he was universally respected for intelligence, effectiveness, and his heart.

I’ve gotten to know Denny particularly well over the past three years, working together on the House Intelligence Committee. It’s been tumultuous at times, to say the least, but through it all, there was Denny, always clear, calm, and focused on the job at hand. He was a voice of reason.

Exactly what we needed.

So, I was disappointed when I found out he was leaving Congress, but it turns out Congress’s loss is your gain in Washington state.

That’s why I’m proud to be endorsing Denny for Lieutenant Governor of the great state of Washington. And I’m asking you to support him too.

Your early support can make all the difference, and I’m asking if you can chip in to help make Denny the next Lieutenant Governor?

As we face a crisis around the country confronting the coronavirus pandemic, it’s obvious that competent, ethical, and dedicated leadership has never been more important. That’s what Denny brings to the table.

Denny’s experience as a legislator at the state and federal level, as Chief of Staff to Governor Gardner, and as co-founder and president of TVW, Washington State’s influential public affairs television network, all make him extraordinarily qualified. I know he’ll do a great job.

If you agree, I hope you’ll show it by pitching in what you can to help Denny today:
