John, the first day of the DNC was absolutely electric! 

I was able to give a radio interview with WCPT820 radio. 

I also rallied the troops at a reception with the IWIL Training Academy and Women’s Bar Association of Illinois. 

And on my way to the United Center I ran into Leader Jeffries!

Then in the evening, we heard from Hillary Clinton, who spoke eloquently about the cracks she put in the glass ceiling and how this November we’ll shatter them once and for all. And we were able to give Joe Biden the recognition and praise he deserves as we heard him recap his astounding 50 years of service to our country.
