Back to School Connection 2024

For some of our families in crisis, even the provision of a backpack and basic school supplies for their children isn't a reality. This year, the community rallied around us to send over 150 of our kids to the classroom fully prepared to brave the new school year at no cost!

A HUGE thank you to EVERYONE who donated their time, talent, and treasure to this special project and made it possible to gear up our kids for another amazing school year!

With help from our Board Members, we organized and stuffed backpacks with grade-appropriate school supplies, hygiene kits, candy, fidget toys, gift cards, and informative community resource flyers.

At each of our centers, our kids got to handpick their backpacks for this school year. They were so excited to get to self-select their pack and for the fun goodies inside!

Orangetheory Gives Back

Maverick Fitness Holdings, the company that owns Orangetheory fitness studios, has chosen Alliance For Children as their "charity of the month" for September! "OrangeLove" is their nonprofit charitable giving initiative, where one charity is highlighted for a month in their 35 Orangetheory fitness studios across North Texas.

Studio members are encouraged to participate by checking in on social media and tagging the charity to help raise awareness. At the end of the month-long campaign, Maverick Fitness Holdings will present us with a generous financial donation toward our mission!

Did you know that your first Orangetheory fitness class is always free? Check out a local studio this September, get fit for fall, and help bring light to our mission!

Alliance For Children presents the 15^th annual Let’s Play Bingo! Ladies Luncheon, a unique event to bring Tarrant County women together for a common cause: the prevention and healing of child abuse.

Get ready to party like Gatsby at our fabulous event boasting a live and silent auction, sip our specialty cocktails, enjoy a delicious lunch, and of course, play BINGO!
