Dear
John,

It's down to the wire! The Trump administration wants to gut the Health Care Rights Law, a section of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) that prohibits discrimination in health care against women, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, people with limited English proficiency, and many others.

We can't let them get away with it!

We need your help to save these critical anti-discrimination protections and ensure people's access to abortion care and other essential forms of health care.

Please submit a comment NOW if you agree that no woman -- or any person -- should be denied access to health care or be at risk of losing the care they need!

If our opponents succeed, we fear that millions of women will be turned away from receiving the care they need -- and denied essential reproductive health services.

Tell President Trump: Hands off women's health care!

John, the National Partnership has put everything we have into this fight -- from working alongside a powerful, diverse coalition of amazing partner organizations ... to speaking out and elevating the national debate ... to co-hosting two #PutPatientsFirst #ProtectTransHealth weeks of action ... to creating compelling multimedia and educational resources ... to mobilizing supporters like you!

That's because we helped write key provisions of the ACA and fought tirelessly for the Health Care Rights Law, which is helping end years of discriminatory practices against women. And we cannot allow the Trump administration to open the door once again for health care providers to discriminate based on sex, gender identity, race, age, disability and more.

We simply can't go back to the time when women could be denied care for outdated, archaic reasons, such as being pregnant outside of marriage or having had an abortion.

We MUST fight back to protect women's health and equality -- and defend our hard-fought progress. Always.

Take action: Submit a comment today to protect women's health care, and we'll personally deliver it to regs.gov on your behalf.

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Debra Ness
President
