A Private Letter from House GOP Chair Rep. Elise Stefanik
John,
As I was traveling back from the Republican National Convention, I couldn’t
help but reflect on how incredible the last few months have been.
The courage and resolve that grassroots activists like you have shown in the
face of adversity is truly unprecedented in our country’s modern political
history.
Just a few weeks ago, President Trump – your OFFICIAL Republican nominee for
President of the United States – was unjustly convicted of a crime by New York
Democrats and facingJAIL time.
But the American people REFUSED to back down in the face of tyranny and
peacefully made their voices heard with an unprecedented wave of grassroots
support.
Then, the institutions of our Republic – including the Supreme Court – stepped
in to protect the integrity of the 2024 election when we needed them most.
Now, President Trump’s sentencing hearing has been delayed — hopefully
indefinitely – as the court determines if the verdict can stand after the
Supreme Court’s decision.
The Left’s other sham cases are falling apart as well…
The D.C. Witch Hunt is all but dead after the Supreme Court’s ruling.
In Florida, a federal judge DISMISSED the documents case after she agreed
that prosecutor Jack Smith was unconstitutionally appointed by Joe Biden.
In Georgia, the case has been delayed until at least 2025 as prosecutor Fani
Willis faces REMOVAL due to her clear corruption and conflict of interest!

I like to think this would’ve happened even if the American people remained
silent.Every American deserves equal protection under the law, no matter who
they are!
But you and I both know that’s not the case.
These weaponized prosecutions have BACKFIRED because of the activism of
MILLIONS of grassroots conservatives like yourself, John.
Now, President Trump is leading by as many as 10 POINTS nationally and is up
in every single swing state.
The latest polling even shows him ahead in the blue state of Virginia, and
competitive in states like Maine, Minnesota, and even my home state of New York!
When I say the America First movement has never been stronger, and the
American people have never been more UNITED by President Trump, it’s no
exaggeration!
All that’s left for us to do now is to keep our foot on the gas for the next
100 days to get our winning campaign to SAVE America across the finish line.
