This week, the House Appropriations Committee passed the last of twelve funding bills out of the committee. This process is necessary to bring the bills to the floor for consideration. The 2025 funding bills are strong, conservative pieces of legislation that cut non-defense spending by 6% to right our country's fiscal track. While the House has passed a few of these bills, including my Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations bill, off the floor, there's still more work to be done. I'll be sure to keep you updated on the progress of this critical process. |
