California's 25th district is north of Los Angeles, in suburban and rural areas much different than the big cities of California.
The GOP held the seat for years before 2018.

But Garcia's opponent Christy Smith is the opposite of what Reagan stood for and is exactly what Nancy Pelosi stands for.
She passed bills to raise taxes, regulate business, help illegal aliens and take guns away from law abiding citizens.
She's a full fledged California leftist.
And with her record comes unlimited support from Pelosi and the radical special interests.
They are spending multi-millions on attack ads that lie about Garcia's stance on important issues.
Pelosi is showing she's worried about losing!
