Join this event featuring a discussion of 2024 Supreme Court decisions related to health and health care policy with prominent legal minds.  

As expected, the Supreme Court ended its 2023-2024 term with major decisions affecting public health, reproductive health, and administrative law, overturning decades of precedent.

It is still unclear whether the Supreme Court will postpone judgment on cases with issues related to reproductive health regarding EMTALA and mifepristone.  

Join us tomorrow, July 10, for a Lunch & Learn event when Health Affairs Editor-in-Chief Alan Weil will host a discussion of these decisions and their implications with a panel of analysts including:
