Over the next few days, you’re going to get even more emails than usual from my team, John, and I want to let you know why:

The end of June marks the end of the second financial quarter and a filing deadline for our team. We set a $60,000 goal to ensure we have the resources to continue supporting North Carolina Democrats. With only about four more months left to propel our nominees to victory, we can’t afford to let this moment go to waste. If we fall short of our $60,000 end-of-quarter goal, we may have to leave out some candidates we really want to help.

There are so many stand-out candidates running in critical races up and down the ballot, for offices that directly impact North Carolinians’ lives. Not only do we need to break the GOP’s one-vote supermajority in Raleigh, but we must also defeat MAGA extremists from taking over our governor’s office and our public school superintendency. It’s going to take a lot of hard work and significant investment across the state.
