On Wednesday, April 22, at 1 p.m. EDT, historian and 14th Amendment scholar Eric Foner joins National Constitution Center President and CEO Jeffrey Rosen to host a Scholar Exchange on Slavery in America from the Constitution to Reconstruction for high school and college students. The session will explore the drafting and history of the 14th Amendment.
