Here’s the good news: a state district judge just ruled that ALL Texans may request a mail in ballot in November due to the coronavirus crisis.

But of course Republicans couldn’t let public safety get in the way of making it as difficult as possible to vote.

Just when you thought the Texas GOP couldn’t sink any lower, Attorney General Ken Paxton threatened to prosecute Texans who vote by mail in order to protect themselves and their families during this pandemic. Paxton’s office is expected to appeal the ruling.
