Bill Pascrell is New Jersey to his core. Bill has lived in the City of Paterson all his life and has always focused on serving his community. He began as a high school teacher in Bergen County, was an adjunct professor at FDU and served on the Paterson School Board. He then was elected to the New Jersey State Assembly and served as Mayor of Paterson. Bill was elected to Congress after defeating a Newt Gingrich Republican.

Since then, Bill has worked non-stop to deliver for the place he calls home. He has helped improve healthcare, infrastructure, and public safety throughout NJ-09.
