In a just nation governed by the rule of law, President Trump’s conviction wouldn’t stand a chance of being upheld by an appeals court.

But Democrats and their media allies are already laying the groundwork for another court full of liberal judges to do Crooked Joe’s dirty work and uphold the conviction.

With President Trump’s freedom hanging in the balance, every America First patriot has a duty to keep speaking out against this tyranny.

That’s why I’m asking you to co-sign my open letter calling for the appeals court to OVERTURN the WRONGFUL CONVICTION against President Trump.

For starters, the corrupt and conflicted Judge Merchan should never have been allowed to oversee the case.

He violated judicial rules by DONATING to Biden’s campaign..

His adult daughter is a political operative whose firm has performed marketing campaigns for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris!

And there wasn’t just the appearance of a conflict of interest…

This corrupt Democrat Judge imposed a clearly unconstitutional gag order on President Trump and his team.

AND…

This corrupt Democrat Judge routinely sided with the prosecution and prevented President Trump’s defense from calling a critical witness to the stand.

There is more than enough evidence for the appeals court to throw out this wrongful conviction.

But as we’ve seen time and time again, we can’t simply sit back and expect a corrupt and weaponized system to do the right thing on its own.

Instead, we need to speak out and DEMAND that justice be served.
