We need to be tough on protecting our countryside and green belt areas, brown field sites must be used first for development of housing and business. In 2023 net immigration to UK was 685,000, that’s greater than the combined populations of Bury, Oldham, and Rochdale arriving in one year, putting massive strains on housing, Health services, and schools. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result, at some point you have to say enough is enough and reject the failed Tory-Lab merry-go-round of raising taxes and cutting public services.
