Hi, Friend. The election is fast approaching and I wanted to reach out and share with you a little about myself.
My name is Doug Burgum. I’m the Governor of North Dakota and a big supporter of President Trump’s campaign!
Growing up in a tiny town in North Dakota. I was taught the importance of grit and determination.

Living in a small town also taught me the value of hard work. My first business was a shoe shine that I opened with my friends. Then, I worked my way through college as a Chimney Sweep. It was dangerous, but it paid $40 a chimney!

After College, I bet the farm on a small startup company which grew into a billion dollar company, serving customers around the world. The company helped thousands of high paying jobs in North Dakota and served thousands of small businesses throughout the country.
As Governor, we have turned North Dakota into a leader in innovation, creating a boom across the energy, agriculture, and technology sectors. In my first year as governor, I inherited a $1.7 billion budget shortfall. We balanced the budget by cutting spending, helped pass term limits, and enacted the largest tax cut in North Dakota history.

Friend, growing up in a small town, we had to work our way through high school and college. Rural communities in America know what it’s like to feel forgotten. Together, we can elect Conservatives who care about people like you and me!
