About the job
As a senior level human resources professional, you will be engaging in the development and delivery of approved curriculum and development materials for the training and development of all state and other employees eligible for specified diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) competency development and learning. The development of high-quality learning and development experiences helps employees achieve established competencies for improved individual, team, agency, and enterprise performance. This position supports the mission of the organization by ensuring involved employees from across the enterprise are provided with opportunities for evidence-based DEI learning and development necessary to perform their roles effectively and contribute an inclusive and respectful work environment.
