October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM) and our annual I Will Run for Them 5K Run awareness run honors the resilience, strength and spirit of our Native relatives impacted by domestic violence. We create space to honor survivors, cycle-breakers and our relatives who we have lost to violence.
