John – I’m pretty sure we’re in agreement here: 4473s and background checks shouldn’t exist. They infringe on law-abiding Americans’ right to keep and bear arms. 

But until President Biden agrees and eliminates NICS, Hunter Biden should NOT receive any special privileges during his prosecution for lying on a 4473.

If you and I have to tell the truth on a 4473 or face a $250,000 fine and/or 10 years in prison, Hunter Biden should undergo the same scrutiny. No one is above the law, including the president’s son.
