With three months to go, here are three reasons to chip in and elect Bethany as the country’s first nurse Governor:
1. Bethany’s not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get the job done. She personally vaccinated thousands of constituents during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and she’s gone door-to-door handing out life-saving Narcan to tackle the opioid epidemic first-hand.
2. Unions and community leaders have worked with Bethany and have put their trust in her. With endorsements from over 40 elected leaders and unions – including Governor John Carney, Speaker of the House Val Longhurst, and the Delaware AFL-CIO – it’s clear that Bethany is the woman to lead the First State.
3. Most of all, Bethany is a leader who has delivered time and time again. Her record of over 20 years of public service to Delaware has seen her tackle rising costs and lead the state’s pandemic resurgence, and her innovative work leading the Behavioral Health Consortium has helped to find solutions for Delawareans struggling with mental illness and substance use disorder.
