Russet Perry here, the State Senator representing parts of Loudoun and Fauquier Counties.
I am thrilled to join Team Suhas and endorse his campaign for Congress.
Not only was Suhas my seatmate in Richmond this past session, but we worked closely together on key issues impacting our Northern Virginia constituents in this district: defending reproductive rights, preserving our green spaces and natural resources, and data center harm reduction.
As a longtime resident of CD-10, and one of the only contenders in this race who can claim that, Suhas knows the issues facing this community. I am confident he will continue the work of Congresswoman Jennifer Wexton and deliver results for Northern Virginians. Both his constituents and my constituents are all voters in this Congressional race.
Suhas Subramanyam is a member of the Virginia General Assembly, former policy advisor to President Obama, and bridge-builder. In 2020, he was the first Indian-American, South Asian, and Hindu to be sworn into the Virginia General Assembly and served two terms in Richmond. Now, Suhas is running to represent Virginia’s 10th Congressional District in Congress.
