Happy Pride Month! Future Coalition is proud to support organizations like OutVote. OutVote is a project of our Future Incubator program, and is working to grow an engaged community of LGBTQIA+ voters, who are fighting for a government that looks like, embodies, and fights for them.

OutVote understands that to create a government that reflects their community means educating and registering voters. Roughly 28% of Gen Z identifies as LGBTQIA+, but 21% of eligible LGBTQIA+ voters aren’t registered.

They’re determined to show up for those most affected by the most important election of our generation. With their team, they plan to:

• Make voter registrations accessible to eligible voters;

• Train a cohort of LGBTQIA+ leaders by hosting fellowship opportunities;

• Build a community on social media to share critical information for voting, elections, and civic participation.
