About the job

The *Print and Mail Program Manager* will provide leadership and guidance to multi-discipline teams that develop reliable information. The incumbent will evaluate and make information-based decisions on changes to standard procedures, systems and policies that are intended to improve processes. This will reduce risk, remove barriers, facilitate better customer service, and increase use of services. This position will also lead, plan, design, implement and participate in change management processes. The position collaborates with statewide agency partners in the development and recommendation of statewide policies and procedures related to printing and mail services.
