It seems unfathomable that the two justices could get away with deciding for themselves whether they can be impartial in ruling on cases affecting Donald Trump’s liability for crimes he is accused of committing on Jan. 6.

THE BAD NEWS: Justices Alito and Thomas are far too biased to deliver an impartial ruling on Donald Trump’s January 6 case – Alito flew a flag in support of the Stop the Steal movement and Thomas’ wife was directly involved.

THE GOOD NEWS: Jamie Raskin has a plan – the Department of Justice can FORCE Justices Thomas and Alito to recuse themselves.

But we need EVERY SINGLE Democrat to step up and demand it, so we’re launching an emergency poll to see what top Democrats think:
