Last August, Tokitae, an orca at Miami Seaquarium, died after being held for over 50 years in North America’s smallest orca tank. We can’t let tragedies like this keep happening. You can help make this the last generation of whales to suffer in aquariums and amusement parks.
The SWIMS Act would phase out the exploitation of orcas, beluga whales, pilot whales, and false killer whales by making it illegal to capture and breed these animals for public display.
Ask your federal legislators to ban whale captivity and co-sponsor the SWIMS Act with one-click.
