Neighbors,

With the 2023-2024 biennium wrapped up, we have more time to be in community and discuss our accomplishments from the last two years and what we can do together as we move forward in the months and years to come. Next week, I am hosting two community events I?d love to see you at!?

*Next Monday, June 10th at 7pm, we will be hosting a District 63 Town Hall at **Lake Hiawatha Recreation Center.* Join me along with my District 63 colleagues, Rep. Samantha Sencer-Mura and Sen. Zaynab Mohamed for a session wrap-up to discuss what happened this summer and the issues we continue to work on in the district and at the Capitol.

*Then join me on Wednesday, June 12th at 5pm to a celebration of the Minnesota Voting Rights Act.* I?ll be co-hosting the event with my MN VRA senate partner Senate President Bobby Joe Champion along with Secretary of State Steve Simon, Attorney General Keith Ellison and my colleagues from the Inclusive Democracy Caucus. Please join us to celebrate this historic win at the University of Minnesota Urban Research and Outreach-Engagement Center!?
