The VA has experienced a significant increase in the number of veterans who suffer from severe traumatic brain injuries (TBI). Recently, the VA has struggled to meet the demand for the long-term and residential care these veterans urgently need to manage their conditions effectively.

In FY 2025 Veterans Affairs appropriations, I’m working to secure resources to fund long-term residential care for veterans with severe TBIs.

I want to hear your thoughts. Do you support this effort to improve the VA’s care for veterans with brain injuries?
