The Arizona Republican Party (AZGOP) and the Arizona Free Enterprise Club have recently filed a lawsuit against Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, citing alarming violations of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA). Our lawsuit exposes shocking inaccuracies in Arizona's voter registration records.
These inaccuracies include between 500,000 to 1,270,000 unaccounted-for voters, encompassing deceased individuals and those who have moved away. In some counties, voter registration rates exceed 100% of eligible voters, highlighting a deeply flawed system that threatens the integrity of our elections. Gina Swoboda, Chair of the Arizona Republican Party, rightly stated, "Accurate voter rolls are the bedrock of our constitutional republic. The rampant presence of ineligible voters on our rolls is unacceptable and undermines the trust Arizonans place in our electoral process." We need your help holding Democrat Adrian Fontes accountable and ensuring that our voter rolls are accurate and up-to-date.
