John, ever since an Alabama court moved to ban In Vitro Fertilization, National Republicans have sworn over and over that they’ll support reproductive care like IVF and contraception. Yesterday, they had a chance to put their money where their mouth is.
They failed the test.
Last night, all but two Senate Republicans voted AGAINST legislation to protect access to contraceptives nationwide. The GOP is showing us that they’re not satisfied with overturning Roe v. Wade ; nationwide bans of abortion, contraceptive care, and more are all on the table.

Now, here’s the good news: Republicans can’t make their radical nationwide bans come true without winning the House, the Senate, and the presidency. We can stop them right here by turning North Carolina blue this November.
If North Carolina turns blue and rejects Donald Trump this fall, Republicans have no path to banning abortion or contraceptive care in Washington.
And if we support pro-choice Democrats up and down the ballot, we’ll defeat Mark Robinson and flip enough seats in Raleigh to block their radical bans at the state level, too.
