From the Headlines
The Supreme Court issued a ruling upholding South Carolina’s congressional map, which was previously determined to be racially gerrymandered to dilute Black voting power. Board of Education opinion and said the court should no longer hear racial gerrymandering cases.
Jim spoke with the Philadelphia Tribune about his roles in Democratic House leadership and on President Biden’s campaign, the dangerous prospect of another four years of Donald Trump in the White House, and how we should engage voters in this year’s elections.

“[Donald Trump] tells you he is going to take retribution against people who disagree with him. He tells you he’s going to indict folks who he does not like. That’s not what this country has been about all of these years. This country has not always been good to me or my parents, but we have made significant gains… [Trump] wants to turn the clock back on that.” - Rep. Jim Clyburn |
