Friends,

We are thrilled to announce the addition of three exceptional individuals to the Latino Texas PAC Board of Directors. Their diverse backgrounds and extensive experience will significantly enhance our efforts to fulfill our mission.

At Latino Texas PAC, our mission is to increase the representation of Latinas and Latinos in elected positions and to hold all elected officials accountable to the Latino community, regardless of political party affiliation. We are committed to building a board that truly represents the vibrant and diverse Latino community in Houston, TX.

Please join us in welcoming:
* Max Moll, Principal at Cornerstone Government Affairs
* Sara E. Padua Cordua, Managing Partner at Padua Law Firm, PLLC
* Juana Granados, Associate Developer at Pennrose

Our new board members bring to the PAC their unique experiences as Latinos working in the areas of corporate, legal, and government. We are also proud that they bring recent experience as running candidates to better inform how we support our endorsees.

** PRIMARY VICTORY!
------------------------------------------------------------
Annette Ramirez won her primary runoff for Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector. Ramirez received 56% of the vote in the May 28th runoff to replace two-term incumbent Ann Harris Bennett, who is retiring at the end of this term.

With her victory over Desiree Broadnax, the focus now turns to general election in November where Ramirez will face Republican former Harris County Precinct 3 Commissioner Steve Radack.

We endorsed Annette in the primary and are excited to back her in the general election. With her extensive experience and dedication to public service, Annette has proven herself to be a leader who will represent our community with integrity and dedication. We believe that she will work tirelessly to ensure every eligible voter is registered and ready to participate in our democratic process.
